Miu

On December 24, I went to the Christmas Market in Bandai City. I had strawberry milk and chicken, and my friend had cocoa and chicken rice.  On December 25, we had a cake with my family. This year the cake was decorated with bears, and it looked and tasted great. Thank you for reading.

 This week I watched an anime that has been on my mind for a long time. It was because I had a few days when I couldn't go to school due to the weather, so I spent a lot of time at home. I watched an anime called "Arcane". This is an anime based on the game "League of Legends". I have never played this game, but I enjoyed it so much that I finished watching it in one day. The visuals were so beautiful! It seems that the production of "Arcane 2" has also started, so I'm really looking forward to it.  This Thursday, my second period class ended very early, about 15 minutes, so I ate lunch outside the cafeteria. We went to a cafe called Paddle near Niigata Prefectural University. I am glad that I can do this kind of thing when classes end early. I had only had pound cake at this cafe, so this was my first time to try the lunch menu. My friend had tonkatsu and I had hamburger steak. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice, and I would like to go there again and again. Please try it! Thank you for reading!

     My artifact is novel written by Maha Harada called “Canvas of Paradise”. This is the second Canvas of Paradise book I have bought! Its story about a painting by Henri Rousseau called "The Dream". The edges of this book are bent, because this book has been read a lot.  It consists of 440 pages and is an art mystery in genre. The size of book is like a postcard. You don't need to have any knowledge of paintings to enjoy this work.  I have loved reading picture b ooks since I was in nursery school, but it was in the fourth grade that I read my first novel. The first book I read was “colorful” by Eto Mori.    At that time, I did not understand the goodness of books yet. However, reading books of various genres, I was able to realize the fun of books. My friend who has a book she loves that she could read over and over again said "When a book draws me in, I want to read it over and over again. It's amazing how hard it is to hear the sounds around me." ...

  The cafe I went to this week is called N-crops. I had the cheesecake, and my friend had the chocolate pound cake. It was so good, and I liked it so much that I bought some bread, but when I arrived home the bread was crushed. But it was good because it was still delicious. I would go there again.
